On our recent trip to Israel for my Bar-Mitzvah, my family and friends were so fortunate to be able to celebrate with the children of Bet Elazraki, a Children’s Home that cares for children whose parents are not capable of taking care of them.  We heard the children sing, watched them perform a dance, played basketball, ate dinner, did a community service project, and then danced together all night long.  I have never seen such happy faces in my life.  The appreciation we felt from the children was genuine.  It was such an incredibly moving experience that I’ve decided to help raise money for Bet Elazraki as a “mitzvah project.”  I want to help because Bet Elazraki doesn’t have the funds to provide for more than just the basic needs of the children in its care.

Please donate money so that the children of Bet Elazraki can feel as special as your children do and as I did on my Bar-Mitzvah day.  I hope one day you can visit Bet Elazraki and meet the children.  You will know that your donation contributed to the pure joy of these children.
