Dear Friend,
This year I am working as a madricha at Midreshet Darkaynu. Midreshet and Yeshivat Darkaynu are unique programs designed for religious young women and men with special needs who wish to spend a fulfilling year in Israel. My students are provided with the care, teaching and experiences to enable themselves to grow; learn about our land, our people, and most importantly- about themselves.
This year, on Shavuot, the students of Yeshivat and Midreshet Darkaynu will be in the Beit Midrash learning with Chavrutot, hearing Shiurim, enjoying some cheesecake with friends... just like every other young man or young woman their age. They will be dedicating their learning as a Zechut for the Neshama of Rabbi Dr. Eliezer Ehrenpreis, ע\"ה, father of Saadya Ehrenpreis (Darkaynu \'07-\'10), who passed away last summer. This, of course means a lot to Saadya and his family. It also means a lot to our students - knowing that they are able to do something to help a friend in this difficult time.
I\'d like to ask you to consider sponsoring a Darkaynu student and her Chavruta. Your generous support will allow the Darkaynu programs to continue the special work that they do: allowing our students to feel proud of themselves as productive members of Klal Yisrael at this time of Matan Torah.
Please click on the \"Donate\" button below to make your secure, tax-deductible donation to Darkaynu.
Thank you in advance for joining in this special night of learning, in the spirit of כאיש אחד, בלב אחד.
Many thanks for your support :) ,
sarah
