At Soroka Medical Center there is a happy and special room - full of gifts for children who are hospitalized in the Saban Center for Pediatrics. This magical gift-room is open to all children celebrating a birthday, holiday, or right before a serious operation or treatment. Every child is invited to the Soroka Gift Room, to play and pick a gift to keep. This Purim holiday, we invite you to put a smile on the face of the children in Soroka by donating any amount, which will go towards the purchasing of new games and gifts for the Soroka Gift Room. 100% of your donations will be designated for this purpose.

Together we will bring CHEER and HOPE to some of the most vulnerable CHILDREN in Israel!

Soroka Medical Center is solely responsible for the care of the more than 400,000 children in the Negev, the southern half of Israel. This diverse population includes immigrants from the former Soviet Union, Ethiopia, Argentina, and other countries, veteran Israelis, and Bedouin. The Division continuously looks toward the future and works to advance pediatric medicine in the Negev through constant and intense activity in a variety of fields.
