Let's Do This I'm turning 40!   In gratitude for this milestone, I want to help a family that is in danger of losing their home.   In August 2003, a terrorist blew up a bus in Jerusalem full of people returning from the Western Wall.   23 people were murdered and 130 suffered physical injuries. Many were children.   I have come to know a family whose parents witnessed the attack. As a result, the mother suffers severe trauma. Over the years therapy has helped, but the war this past summer and the sirens and fear it caused, brought back her trauma and she is now not functioning at all.   They are in imminent danger of losing their home.    She cannot work. The father must be mother, father and breadwinner. Their seven children do not have the things they need to thrive including tutoring or being able to celebrate milestones.   Debts have accrued against their home upon on which they took loans to fund her care and the bank wants to take it back.   I want to make sure this does not happen!   Please join me in giving whatever you can and passing this on to as many people as you can.
