At this time of year we all reflect on the value and fragility of life, as we pray for a year of health and for opportunities to grow and develop. That is why I am turning to you now with an opportunity to make a real difference to the children of ALEH, who need your help now more than ever.
Rafi, and hundreds of children like him at ALEH, Israel’s largest network of care facilities for severely disabled children, struggle with their basic functions every day. They suffer from severe physical and mental disabilities, and many of them have serious medical conditions.
In their condition even Breathing is something they cannot take for granted.
ALEH is Rafi’s home – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At ALEH, Rafi is learning to sit, eat with a spoon, and communicate his feelings. But in order to grow and develop his potential, he desperately needs a respiratory device to help him breathe more easily.
This Rosh Hashanah, YOU can give Rafi and his friends the gift of a better quality of LIFE.
Please help these kids overcome the struggle to breathe, so their every day can be filled with joy, love, and growth.
Join me in helping ALEH raise the funds they so desperately need to purchase 2 breathing assist machines.
