My mother, Margo Allswang a'h was one of the original founders of Torah Academy of Boca Raton. Growing up, I assumed everyone's parents held school board meetings at their dining room tables and helped create schools that fit with their vision for how they wanted their children to be taught. It was only after I graduated Torah Academy, as part of their first 8th grade graduating class, that I recognized the unique and exemplary results of my parents' passion and dedication to building such a unique school.

Since my Ima's untimely passing in 2009, my family and I have worked to find ways to allow her powerful legacy to live on. This year, in conjunction with my youngest brother's graduation from Torah Academy, we are embarking on an exciting project-- of building an athletic field on the school campus which will be dedicated in my Ima's name. My family and I can envision no better way to commemorate her accomplishments and honor her memory than by building and dedicating the Margo Allswang Athletic Field as a permanent memorial on the campus in her memory.
