Bless a Family in Financial Hardship

How? Send them to Catholic Familyland®! Why? To spiritually strengthen their family amidst difficult circumstances. In the last 4 years, the AFC's "Family to Family Program" has made attending a retreat or family camp possible for 240 families suffering from unemployment, medical needs, or a combination of circumstances. These events create a unique environment where the whole family—parents, teens, and kids—can be formed in the Catholic Faith at the same time. With the addition of another Holy Family Fest in 2023, we're now serving more families than ever each year. But there will also be more families that need financial assistance.

Registration fees cover only a third of the cost to run our events. We try to keep registration fees low so that as many families can attend as possible. Help bless more families in financial hardship. You can open up the experience of Catholic Familyland® to more low-income single foster moms like Mary from Illinois and families dealing with job loss due to injuries like Jessica from New York. Let's make a difference!

Campaign Goal: $50,000

Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help 50 or more families experience Catholic Familyland. Donate, share, and ask your friends to help!

Disclaimer: Funds shall be used to offset costs for the most needy family at the discretion of the AFC. Donors may not identify a specific family that they wish their donation to benefit. Any excess donations that are not able to be applied to needy families will be used to support the cost of hosting the event. If someone wishes to sponsor a particular family/individual to attend one of our events, this is handled differently and not as a donation, but a sponsorship. Note that they will not receive a tax-deductible receipt when sponsoring another family. Please contact registration@afc.org for more information.
