I was born in Toronto, Canada and grew up in Jerusalem. Growing up in a family that never lacked anything I was always blown away by peoples poverty in Israel. Living now in the Shapiro neighboorhood of southern Tel Aviv, I am exposed on a daily basis to poverty. Families that are lacking basic necessities.
