The Israel Children’s Cancer Foundation is U.S. based organization supporting children suffering from the vicious disease of cancer. We offer assistance to every child in the country of Israel. Since its founding in 1998, the ICCF has worked tirelessly to cure as many children as possible. With a love of the land of Israel and a love for the people of Israel, the ICCF is committed to helping every child live to see their future.

Every year in Israel, approximately 500 children are diagnosed with cancer. The most common of these cancers are leukemia, brain tumors, bone cancers, neuroblastomas and lymphomas. Their diagnosis is where their battle begins and our journey starts. The ICCF works tirelessly, funding six of the largest hospitals and medical centers in Israel and assisting 97% of all children diagnosed with cancer in Israel. When we say, “all children,” we mean every child, regardless of their race, creed or national origin. The ICCF is a nonpartisan organization serving every child residing in Israel.

The ICCF’s mission has been and continues to be to provide access to specialized cancer care, counseling and support services as well as to improve the quality of medical care available to Israeli youngsters with cancer. Curing childhood cancer is an uphill battle, but that is exactly what we are doing, one child at a time. With help from our donors and guidance from our Medical Advisory Council, we are providing a glimmer of hope to pediatric cancer patients in Israel.

The ICCF’s Medical Advisory Council consists of some of the most prominent members of the pediatric oncology and hematology communities in the United States and Israel. The council oversees the allocation of funds to major pediatric cancer facilities as they review grants submitted by six of the largest hospitals and medical centers across Israel. With overseers both here in the United States and in Israel, all funds raised by the ICCF are used responsibly and efficiently, maximizing each dollar’s potential.

While there are many organizations that provide essential care to children with cancer, the ICCF is unique in that it is the only organization that provides clinical in-hospital treatment in addition to out-patient programs to children in Israel. The Israel Children’s Cancer Foundation takes pride in filling an essential niche not filled by Israel’s government or by its healthcare establishment.

The ICCF's mission is dedicated to controlling cancer among children, adolescents and young adults. Our approach is to pool knowledge and resources to better understand childhood cancer and to improve the outcome of treatment.   We are the stewards of their trust and our mission is ongoing.  We strive to increase the cure rates of the patients, improve the quality of their lives, and lessen suffering from this catastrophic disease.

The ICCF seeks contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations and organizations, so that Israeli children with cancer can benefit from new treatments and cures.  Gifts may take the form of cash, property, appreciated securities, trusts, bequests, or other forms preferred by the donor.  The Israel Children's Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt IRS 501(c)(3) organization.
