Founded in 2004, Menifa- Leverage for Life is a nonprofit organization based in Israel whose mission is to prevent youth at risk from dropping out of high school and to reintegrate detached youth into normative society. The organization works in all sectors of society in partnership with the Ministry of Education and other authorities around the country. Menifa runs a number of models designed to deal with young people in a variety of conditions, from those who are at risk of dropping out of the educational systems to those who have completely detached from society. The aim is to reintegrate the disconnected youth into normative society and help them to lead productive and successful lives.
